Game recap

Bishop Ford (Brooklyn, N.Y.) saw its 14-point lead dwindle to two, but still managed to hang on and beat St. Peter's (Staten Island, N.Y.) 16-14 on Saturday.

The Falcons were up 16-8 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown run by Dante Aiken in the second quarter.

Bishop Ford saw its 8-point halftime lead fall to two entering the fourth.

Billy Triglianos made a difference for the Eagles. The junior quarterback threw one touchdown.

BF's standout player in the win was Aiken. The junior running back ran for two touchdowns. He has now scored six touchdowns on the season.

The Brooklyn school got revenge for last year's 28-12 loss to St. Peter's with the victory.

With the win the Falcons extended their winning streak to three games.

In a Catholic AA-A game next week Bishop Ford (3-0) takes on Cardinal Hayes, and St. Peter's (1-3) will go up against St. John the Baptist also in a Catholic AA-A game.
