Football Recap: Chandler Finds Home Field Redemption Against ALA - Queen Creek + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Chandler, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They were the clear victors by a 49-29 margin over the ALA - Queen Creek Patriots on Friday.

Will Mencl had an outrageously good game as he threw for 538 yards and five touchdowns while completing 91.4% of his passes, and also punched in a pair of TDs on the ground. Those 538 passing yards gave him a new career-high. 104 of Mencl's passing yards were hauled in by Maxwell Sprott, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

ALA - Queen Creek lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Nash Hall, who rushed for 71 yards and a pair of scores. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 51 yards. Britton Dewitt was another key signal caller, throwing for 242 yards and one touchdown.

Chandler's victory ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-1. As for ALA - Queen Creek, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Chandler will square off against Williams Field at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for ALA - Queen Creek, they will challenge Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 861 yards in their previous games.
