Volleyball Recap: Pottstown Takes a Loss

Pottstown lost against Phoenixville back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Trojans lost 3-0 to the Phantoms. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-11, 25-11.

Phoenixville got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Gianna Buce out in front who had seven digs and three aces.

Pottstown's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Phoenixville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Pottstown nor Phoenixville have any future games scheduled.
