Volleyball Recap: Alcott Takes a Loss

Alcott was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Roosevelt Rough Riders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-10.

Alcott's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10-1. As for Roosevelt, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Alcott does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Roosevelt, they will face off against Mather at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
