Recap: Central vs. Demopolis
The Central Falcons were the 4-0 winner over the Demopolis Tigers when they last played one another back in March of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Central fell 4-2 to Demopolis on Saturday. Central has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Demopolis, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Central will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Tuscaloosa County at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Tuscaloosa County's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. Demopolis is on the road again on Tuesday and plays Holt at 7:00 p.m. on February 13th.
