Oakland Tech had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Leadership a 21-0 shutout. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 38-1 victory last Monday.

Oakland Tech's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-5. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely Leadership, Fremont, and Leadership. As for Leadership, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.
