Basketball Recap: Greenwood Takes a Loss

After flying high against Alpine last Tuesday, Greenwood came back down to earth. The Greenwood Rangers lost to the West Plains Wolves on the road by a 61-46 margin on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rangers of the 68-56 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February.

Greenwood now has a losing record at 6-7. As for West Plains, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Greenwood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 80-35 loss against Wylie on the 13th. As for West Plains, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 57-38 defeat against Chisholm Trail on the 13th.
