Basketball Recap: Dietrich Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

Dietrich won the last time they faced Richfield, and Aleigha Robertson did her part to make sure it happened again. The Dietrich Blue Devils enjoyed a cozy 37-19 win over the Richfield Tigers on Tuesday thanks in part to Robertson, who went 6 of 15 on her way to 14 points along with five assists and five steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last eight games she's played.

Dietrich has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 7-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.3 points per game. As for Richfield, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

Dietrich will take on Carey at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Richfield, they will challenge Castleford at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Castleford has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
