Baseball Recap: Mansfield Homeschool Snags 11th Win in Last 12 Games

While Mansfield Homeschool put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Aggieland HomeSchool. The Knights were the clear victors by a 13-0 margin over the Panthers.

Peter Cuoco looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over four innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March.

On the hitting side, Joshua Robbins was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. That triple was his first of the season. Hudson Miller was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Mansfield Homeschool always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .586. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Aggieland HomeSchool only posted an OBP of .150.

Mansfield Homeschool has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-7-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Aggieland HomeSchool, they now have a losing record of 9-10.

As of now, neither Mansfield Homeschool nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
