Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Jordyn Daniels and Claire Baker Lead Pueblo East to Victory + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Pueblo East, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Pueblo Centennial Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Pueblo East not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Pueblo Centennial between 14 and 17 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-17, 25-14.

Leading Pueblo East to victory were Claire Baker and Jordyn Daniels. Baker had ten digs and two aces, while Daniels had eight digs. That's the most digs Daniels has posted since back in September.

They weren't the only good servers: Pueblo East was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. They are 11-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

Pueblo East pushed their record up to 12-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Pueblo Centennial, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.
