Basketball Recap: Hallettsville Takes a Loss

Hallettsville was the 58-55 winner over Rice Consolidated when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hallettsville Brahmas took a 52-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rice Consolidated Raiders.

Hallettsville's defeat dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Rice Consolidated, they pushed their record up to 15-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Hallettsville will challenge Yoakum at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Rice Consolidated, they will take on Palacios at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
