Baseball Game Preview: Chaminade Red Devils vs. Alton Redbirds

The Chaminade Red Devils will square off against the Alton Redbirds at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Chaminade fell victim to St. Louis University and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Junior Bills.

Meanwhile, Alton also failed to score in their most recent game. They fell just short of Belleville West by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. The Redbirds haven't had much luck with the Maroons recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Chaminade's loss dropped their record down to 15-10. As for Alton, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-14.
