Basketball Recap: Almont Takes a Loss

Almont was the 65-58 winner over Richmond when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Almont Raiders fell 54-45 to the Richmond Blue Devils on Friday.

Almont has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Richmond, their win bumped their record up to 8-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Almont will head out to face off against North Branch at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Richmond, they will head out on the road to square off against Armada at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
