Volleyball Recap: North Miami's Victory on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Six

North Miami had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Oregon-Davis Bobcats by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Grace Sailors paced North Miami's offense, picking up 28 kills. Sailors got some help from Chloe Sparks and her 33 assists. Sparks also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Andi Hoover, racking up three apiece.

North Miami's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Oregon-Davis, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Miami will head out to take on Culver Community at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Oregon-Davis, they will venture away from home to face off against Victory Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
