Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Waukon). They put the hurt on the Charles City Comets with a sharp 18-1 victory on Tuesday. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Comets recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Waukon's victory bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Charles City, they are on a 27-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-19.

Waukon wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against New Hampton on the 27th. Charles City has also already played their next contest (against Webster City), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
