Soccer Recap: Spencerville Takes a Loss

Spencerville lost against Anna back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bearcats came up short against the Rockets, falling 5-0.

Spencerville's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8-3. As for Anna, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 9-6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Spencerville will head out to challenge Jefferson at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Anna, they will venture away from home to square off against Shawnee at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Anna are facing Shawnee at the right time seeing as Shawnee are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
