Softball Game Preview: Seffner Christian Crusaders vs. Seven Rivers Christian Warriors

The Seffner Christian Crusaders are taking a road trip to face off against the Seven Rivers Christian Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Seffner Christian lost 12-6 to Canterbury on Thursday. Seffner Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Seffner Christian saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Allison Baston, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Taylor Gregory was another, scoring two runs while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances.

Seffner Christian's speedy runners might be the difference in Friday's contest. Seffner Christian has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.5 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Seven Rivers Christian, though, as they've been averaging only 1.1 stolen bases.
