Basketball Game Preview: South Guilford HomeSchool Cougars vs. NC H Heat

The South Guilford HomeSchool Cougars will challenge the NC H Heat at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Last Friday, South Guilford HomeSchool ended up a good deal behind Shining Light Academy and lost 66-50.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, NC H's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They lost 63-41 to Greater Cabarrus S.

South Guilford HomeSchool's loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-12. As for NC H, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6.

South Guilford HomeSchool came out on top in a nail-biter against NC H in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, sneaking past 41-39. Will South Guilford HomeSchool repeat their success, or does NC H have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
