Volleyball Recap: Orleans Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Orleans had won three straight games and Meredith Lantis did her part to make it four on Thursday. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Northeast Dubois Jeeps with a sharp 3-0 victory thanks in part to Lantis, who had 19 digs and four aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last four games she's played.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-20, 25-16.

Orleans' win bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Northeast Dubois, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season.

Orleans wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against White River Valley on the 3rd. As for Northeast Dubois, they are taking a road trip to take on Pike Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
