Caravel Academy's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to William Penn on Tuesday. The Buccaneers never let the North East Indians get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. Considering the Buccaneers have won five matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Garrett Bohn, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. That stolen base was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Orvy Potts, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2.

Caravel Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for North East, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Caravel Academy will host St. Georges Tech at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for North East, they will be playing at home against Bel Air at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
