Foothill is headed into the contest having just posted their biggest win since October 9, 2023 last Tuesday. Everything went their way against South as Foothill made off with a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Foothill got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jassive Chavez out in front who had ten digs and two aces. That's the most blocks Chavez has posted since back in August. The team also got some help courtesy of Celeste Huizar, who had seven digs and three aces.
