Basketball Recap: South San Francisco Takes a Loss

On Wednesday, the South San Francisco Warriors came up short against the Mills Vikings and fell 60-53.

Kendrick Choi went supernova for Mills, going 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 22 points. The dominant performance gave Choi a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Ma, who posted eight points and five assists.

South San Francisco's defeat dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Mills, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-12.

South San Francisco has already played their next matchup (against El Camino), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Mills didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 58-47 win against Aragon on the 24th.
