Basketball Recap: Clinton-Massie Falcons vs. Wilmington Hurricane
Clinton-Massie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 37-33 heartbreaker at the hands of the Wilmington Hurricane. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 43-28 back in December of 2024.
Clinton-Massie's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Baron Phipps, who posted seven points and 11 rebounds, and Ty Martin, who put up six points and three steals. Phipps also posted two blocks, marking his first of the season.
