Basketball Recap: Notre Dame Beats Magnolia for Their Third Straight Win

Magnolia came into Wednesday's match looking for another win against Notre Dame, but Selena Wilson wouldn't allow it. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish enjoyed a cozy 54-40 win over the Magnolia Blue Eagles on Wednesday thanks in part to Wilson, who dropped a double-double with 25 points and 20 rebounds. That makes it six consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Notre Dame's points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Piper Fryer, who posted nine points. What's more, she also posted a 50% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in February of 2024.
