Trona came into Saturday's game having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They secured a 39-34 W over the Lee Vining Tigers on Saturday. The Tornadoes' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Trona's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Lee Vining, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Trona and Immanuel Christian will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lee Vining, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Trona at 6:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
