Aurora was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell just short of the Scotus Shamrocks by a score of 2-1.
In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Aurora sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 15-25, 25-16.
Despite the loss, Aurora still got an impressive performance from Trinity Uhrmacher, who had 24 digs.
Aurora's defeat dropped their record down to 8-24. As for Scotus, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 25-6 record this season.
