Recap: Northside Christian School Eagles vs. Emmanuel Christian Crusaders
The Northside Christian School Eagles lost to the Emmanuel Christian Crusaders back in February, but the Northside Christian School Eagles didn't allow the Emmanuel Christian Crusaders the same satisfaction on Saturday. Northside Christian School really took it to Emmanuel Christian for the full four quarters, racking up a 69-23 win at home. With that victory, Northside Christian School brought their scoring average up to 54.7 points per game.
Northside Christian School can attribute much of their success to Jeremiah Wilson, who scored 26 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which Wilson has scored at least 25% of Northside Christian School's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Padgett, who scored 12 points.
Northside Christian School now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Emmanuel Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northside Christian School will take on Calvary Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Emmanuel Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against King's Academy at 7:30 p.m. on December 11th.
