While Silver Lake Regional's win against North Quincy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lakers won by a goal and slipped past the Raiders 4-3. Given Silver Lake Regional's advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 136th, while North Quincy are ranked 289th) , the result on Thursday wasn't entirely unexpected.

The victory made it two in a row for Silver Lake Regional and bumps their season record up to 7-7-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored seven goals over those two matches. As for North Quincy, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-10.
