Soccer Recap: Servite Takes a Loss

Servite was the 2-0 winner over JSerra Catholic when they last played one another on January 7th, but their luck changed this time around. The Friars fell 3-1 to the Lions on Wednesday.

Servite's goal came courtesy of Nico Pacelli, who's now up to five this season.

Servite's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for JSerra Catholic, their record now sits at 6-3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Servite will head out to square off against St. John Bosco at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. As for JSerra Catholic, they will venture away from home to face off against Mater Dei at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Mater Dei's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so JSerra Catholic's offense will have their work cut out for them.
