Basketball Recap: Orange Grove Takes a Loss

Orange Grove lost against Calallen last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Orange Grove Bulldogs took a 47-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Calallen Wildcats. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Orange Grove's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Calallen, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-7 record this season.

Orange Grove didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-39 victory against Aransas Pass on the 13th. As for Calallen, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Sinton at 1:30 p.m. on December 30th.
