Basketball Recap: Taylorsville Comes Up Short

Taylorsville and East Marion squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Taylorsville had to settle for second. They fell 72-63 to the East Marion Eagles. The Tartars have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Taylorsville's defeat dropped their record down to 16-14. As for East Marion, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-9.

As of now, neither Taylorsville nor East Marion have any future games scheduled.
