Volleyball Recap: Northwest Indians vs. West Branch Warriors
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Northwest can now relate to. They came up short against the West Branch Warriors on Saturday, falling 3-0. The Indians were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2019.
The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-21, 25-13.
The defeat snapped Northwest's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-14 record. As for West Branch, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 16-7.
Northwest does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Branch, they will square off against Buckeye at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. West Branch is looking to tack on another W to their five-game streak on the road.
