Union Academy kept a clean sheet against Mount Pleasant on Wednesday. They blew past the Tigers 3-0. The result was nothing new for Union Academy, who have now won seven matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Mount Pleasant with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sara Baker, Hadassa Garcia, and Isabella Marquez.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Union Academy, bringing their record up to 9-3-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 34 goals over those five contests. As for Mount Pleasant, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-2 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Union Academy will face off against Monroe at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Union Academy are facing Monroe at the right time seeing as Monroe are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Mount Pleasant, they will challenge Forest Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
