Cathedral Catholic fell just short of the La Jolla Vikings by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Dons' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

While Cathedral Catholic ultimately came up short, they really made La Jolla work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-18, 18-25, 22-25, 16-14.
