Football Recap: Lapwai Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lapwai was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Prairie Pirates 72-14. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 68-14 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Lapwai's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Prairie, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lapwai will square off against Potlatch at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Prairie, they will head out to take on Kamiah at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
