Lemmon came tearing into Thursday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Mott-Regent Wildfire. This was payback for the Cowboys, who suffered a 3-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-13, 18-25, 25-11.

Lemmon's win bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Mott-Regent, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 15-6-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lemmon will take on Bowman County co-op [Bowman/Rhame] at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mott-Regent, they will be playing at home against Standing Rock at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
