Soccer Recap: John F. Kennedy Victorious

John F. Kennedy's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Sam Houston Hurricanes 2-1. The Rockets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hurricanes, too.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Sam Houston, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

John F. Kennedy will be playing at home against Poteet at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Sam Houston, they will square off against Austin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.
