On Tuesday Kate Sears dropped a double-double on 14 points and 18 rebounds. The effort also marked the most blocks (three) Sears has had since back in January of 2024. Perhaps unsurprisingly, she's been consistent in that area too: the game was her 19th straight with nine or more dating back to last season. On the year, she has averaged 23 points, 13.6 boards, and 8.4 assists.

Sears and Watauga will square off against Hibriten at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
