It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Grassfield can now relate to. They fell 7-4 to the Glen Allen Jaguars on Tuesday. The Grizzlies' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Grassfield got a good showing from Bryce Edick, who pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Edick has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Hayden Roach made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

Grassfield's loss dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Glen Allen, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-8.

As of now, neither Grassfield nor the Jaguars have any future games scheduled.
