Volleyball Game Preview: Peshtigo Bulldogs vs. Bonduel Bears

The Peshtigo Bulldogs will challenge the Bonduel Bears on Saturday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Peshtigo is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They put the hurt on Weyauwega-Fremont with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

One reason for the win was Peshtigo's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-18, 25-11.

Oconto typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Bonduel proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Blue Devils by a score of 3-1.

Peshtigo's record is now 24-14. As for Bonduel, their record now sits at 13-17.

Peshtigo was able to grind out a solid victory over Bonduel when the teams last played two weeks ago, winning 2-0. Do the Bulldogs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bears turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
