Softball Recap: Crawford County Eagles vs. Peach County Trojans
Crawford County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 5-2 to the Peach County Trojans. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly three runs.
Crawford County's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Peach County, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 18-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crawford County will take on Howard at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Peach County, they will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Spalding at 6:00 p.m.
