Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is St. Francis' Eighth in Last Nine Outings

St. Francis lost to Mt. Bethel Christian Academy back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The St. Francis Knights came out on top against the Mt. Bethel Christian Academy Eagles by a score of 62-54.

St. Francis is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a massive bump to their 14-9 record this season. As for Mt. Bethel Christian Academy, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Francis will face off against Whitefield Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. St. Francis knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten matches -- so hopefully Whitefield Academy likes a good challenge. As for Mt. Bethel Christian Academy, they will square off against Walker at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Walker will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Mt. Bethel Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
