 Limon is on a 13-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Fowler is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Limon Badgers will take on the Fowler Grizzlies at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 Last Friday, Limon made easy work of Rye  and carried off  a  12-2 win. That's two games straight that Limon has won by  exactly ten  runs.
  Trey Smith was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out seven batters over  3.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits. Smith was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 2-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and a  triple.
 In other batting news,  Cale Bennett was  incredible,  going 2-for-4 with a  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Brody Scherrer, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Fowler got the win against Dolores Huerta Prep  on Wednesday by a conclusive  20-3.
 Like Limon, Fowler also got a great game from a two-way player:  Joe Salvo. On the mound, he  pitched 1.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Salvo has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than two  hits in three consecutive pitching appearances. Salvo was even better at the plate,  going 3-for-4 with six  RBI, four  runs,  and two  doubles.
 In other batting news,  Isaiah Montoya was  incredible,  scoring four  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4.  Gage Gottbehuet was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 Limon's victory bumped their record up to 15-0. As for Fowler, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won six of their last eight matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record  this season.
 Monday's   contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Limon has hit smart this season,  having  averaged  an OBP of .509. However, it's not like Fowler struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .472. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
 Limon came up short against Fowler in their previous meeting  back in March of 2023, falling  10-6. Thankfully for Limon,  Jakob Manchego (who   struck out six batters over  five innings while giving up  four earned  (and one unearned) runs off   six  hits) won't be suiting up this time.
