Baseball Recap: Ouachita Christian Takes a Loss

After flying high against Neville on Friday, Ouachita Christian came back down to earth. The Ouachita Christian Eagles fell just short of the Neville Tigers by a score of 4-3 on Saturday. The Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tigers earlier this season, when they won 8-1.

Ouachita Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Neville, their victory bumped their record up to 7-8.

When Ouachita Christian and Neville next hit the field, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Ouachita Christian will try to stop Delhi Charter's three-game winning streak when they meet at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Similarly, Neville will challenge Sterlington and their three-game winning streak at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
