Volleyball Recap: Appleton City Comes Up Short

Appleton City had taken Drexel down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Saturday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Appleton City's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Drexel, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Coincidentally, Appleton City and Drexel will both be playing Hume the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Hornets at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Bobcats will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
