Queen's Grant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy Gryphons, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Gryphons this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat two weeks ago.

Queen's Grant was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring zero points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Queen's Grant's loss dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-6.

Queen's Grant does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy, they will challenge Piedmont Community Charter at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
