Recap: Blanco Panthers vs. Randolph Ro-Hawks
The Blanco Panthers were the 40-35 winner over the Randolph Ro-Hawks when they last played one another back in February of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Blanco fell just short of Randolph by a score of 34-32. Blanco has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
When it comes to explaining why Blanco lost on Tuesday, one person who can't be blamed is Kate Capshaw. Despite the final result, she scored nine points along with nine rebounds and three steals. Those nine rebounds set a new season-high mark for her. Isabella Mitchell was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Blanco bumped their record down to 9-14 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Randolph, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 12-13 record this season.
Blanco will be playing at home against Ingram Moore at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Ingram Moore is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Randolph, they will head out on the road to face off against Marion at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
