            With a playoff win on the line, Bishop Watterson rose to the challenge  on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by  a  22-0 margin over the South Bulldogs. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by seven  runs or more this season.
 Anthony DeMassimo looked comfortable as he  tossed one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  hits in four consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Michael Mulligan was  incredible,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs. That's the most  RBI  he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was  Ben Burleson, who  went a perfect 1-for-1 with one  home run and three  RBI.
 Bishop Watterson  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .738. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.

 Coming up, Bishop Watterson will challenge Granville at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few  runs on average (the Eagles 2.9, the Blue Aces 2.6) so any  runs scored will be well earned. South does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
