Soccer Recap: Grove City Christian Comes Up Short

After flying high against Westfall on Friday, Grove City Christian came back down to earth. The Eagles came up short against the Thomas Worthington CARDINALS on Tuesday, falling 11-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Grove City Christian were already down 7-1.

Grove City Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Thomas Worthington, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grove City Christian will head out to square off against Bishop Rosecrans at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Thomas Worthington, they will challenge Westerville North at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
