Basketball Recap: Hackensack Comes Up Short

Hackensack was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 42-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ridgewood Maroons. If the Comets were looking for revenge after losing 58-40 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hackensack's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Ridgewood, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hackensack will face off against Passaic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ridgewood, they will square off against Northern Highlands at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
